Thomas Tuchel led his boys to a 1-0 win against in form Newcastle on Sunday despite the club currently sinking in heavy sanctions
Chelsea marched in to the game against Newcastle like everything was okay with them and put out very dedicated performance.
Although the momentum appeared to have dulled down a bit when Newcastle came close to taking the lead in the 43rd minute, Chelsea still managed to hold on to a draw at half time.
The current issues at the club poses as a mega red flag to everyone in the club including the manager and the players, especially those that their contracts are already running out.
Chelsea have been barred from engaging in any contract or transfer activity of any kind and have had so many limitations placed on their spending.
In the midst of all these uncertainties, Tuchel has been pointed towards leaving Chelsea by some pondicts but in responds to this suggestions, Tuchel appear to still be fully dedicated to the program at Chelsea.
Tuchel said; “So far we can trust each other and this will not change. As long as we have enough shirts and a bus to drive to the games we will be there and will compete hard.”
Chelsea returned to action last weekend when they locked horns with Newcastle United winning 1-0, thanks to a late Kai Havertz goal.
The blues now look forward to their crucial match against Lille in the Champions League knockout stages.
