Konrad Laimer has agreed a contract on 4-5 years with Bayern Munich. It isn’t a done deal but positive incentives for Bayern as they look to finalise a deal for him.
He is still a target for clubs in the EPL such as United and Arsenal but Bayern lead the race for him. They are set to make a bid in the coming weeks, but it won’t be easy as Leipzig are reluctant to let him go with Laimer’s contract expiring next year.
Real Madrid planinng double swoop in aftermath of Haaland and Mbappe failures
Real Madrid are planning a double swoop for Aurélien Tchouaméni and Serge Gnabry after failing to secure deals for Haaland and Mbappe. Tchouaméni would love a move to the Spanish giants but there’s tough competition for him.
However, Real are certain a deal for him will be closed in the coming days with a 5-year contract already agreed. As for Serge Gnabry, Madrid will have their full focus on him after they wrap up the Tchouaméni deal. It will not be an easy deal with Barcelona and Arsenal as well as other PL clubs competing for his signature.
Bayern have offered to pay as much as double as what he is earning but he has declined their offer. With his contact running out next year, as little as £30M could see him leaving the Allianz Arena.
