Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea news and gossip that we think you guys may have missed today –
Andrey Santos has been recalled from his loan at Nottingham Forest, CHELSEA have announced on the club website.
After signing the Brazilian teenager in January from Vasco da Gama, he joined up with his new teammates in the summer and impressed during the club’s pre-season tour of the United States.
The club made the big decision in the summer window to allow Santos to make the move to Forest for the season in hope that he would get some game time to adapt to the English game.
But The 19-year-old midfielder has only been used twice by Forest in all competitions since moving to the City Ground in the summer.
Santos’ only start under Steve Cooper came in the Carabao Cup, with his solitary Premier League appearance lasting just seven minutes, and now many reports in the media have claimed that Chelsea are looking to bring the lad back.

Santos is a very talented young man that did not need to come to Europe at this stage of his career, he is far too young and is was too big of a decision to leave his homeland.
Forest seemingly had no desire to give Santos the minutes the club wanted, but there are a few clubs interested, so he needs to make the right choice in the next transfer window.
MESSINHA TALKS –
CHELSEA have entered talks with Palmeiras over a move for Brazilian wonderkid Messinho
The club have been splashing the cash over the past few transfer windows and adding young players to the side that they hope will develop in the coming seasons and make an impact on the first team.
They have one of the best academies in world football – and there has been quite a few players that have come through the system at Stamford Bridge and broken into the first team.
However – it seems that the Blues board are looking to raid Brazil once again for one of the country’s most exciting talents as they have reportedly opened talks to sign up Messinho.
The club are in negotiations with Palmeiras for Messinho but the teenager’s price tag is an issue, GOAL understands
But while we are keen to sign him up now, Messinho won’t actually be able to move until he turns 18 in 2025
The teenager, who has been nicknamed ‘Messinho’ due to his tricky style of play, has previously admitted he would love to play for Barcelona.
“To play for Barcelona, which is one of the best clubs in the world. I was born watching Neymar, Messi, and (Luis) Suarez play for Barcelona and that’s the dream I have,” he said.
“I watch almost every Barca match, I’m a fan of the club. I have great admiration for the players who play there and I hope to be there too.”

Josh has progressed through the ranks at Stamford Bridge ever since he was in the under eights, so this is great news for the lad that he has signed his first big contract.
We are not sure that he is quite ready to make any sort of impact on that first team – but he is certainly a player that we can send out on loan in hope that he can gain some much needed experience.
Great news for the lad that is for sure.
