Jose Enrique has identified Saka and Raphinha as two players who might fill the void if Liverpool’s top scorer departs.
Both have been linked to a move in recent transfer windows, and Jurgen Klopp’s remarks regarding the Arsenal guy in particular suggest a level of admiration.
At the present, I don’t believe there is anyone like [Salah] “Genting Casino was informed by the Spaniard. “There are some excellent players out there, such as Raphinha of Leeds, who is a top performer.
Salah, on the other hand, possesses a skill set that few other players in the world possess. He has a goal, a work ethic, and everything else.
“Thiago is still fine-tuning his game, but he’s already a world-class talent. As a result, finding the perfect players to fit Klopp’s style is difficult.
That is why, in my opinion, when you have stars like Salah, you should allow them to retire with the club.
Salah will be difficult to replace, but there are players who could step in; Raphinha is one of them, and I adore Bukayo Saka.”
The remarks on Saka follow Jurgen Klopp’s praise of the England international as a “young and exciting talent” in November.
The 20-year-old went scoreless in Arsenal’s 4-0 loss at Anfield, but he already has a career-high eight league goals and five assists this season.
“He’s really young,” Jose Enrique observed of Saka, “but he might become a player similar to Salah one day.”
“This type of player is capable of completing the task. But it doesn’t make sense to me if you let Salah go and spend £80 million plus Salah’s salary for Saka.”
Salah has a lot of choices if he decides to leave Liverpool, according to Jose Enrique. The 36-year-old stated, “He can play for any club in the world.”
Salah might replace Gareth Bale, who is leaving Real Madrid. It’s a dream come true to play for Real Madrid.
With the kind of affection he receives in Liverpool, he may retire as the finest player in the club’s history if he continues to put up these kinds of figures and stays.”
Salah leads the Premier League scoring rankings this season with 20 goals, with no other player scoring more than 12.
When it comes to the all-time charts, he has Robbie Fowler and Steven Gerrard in mind, but he’ll have to stay put.
