Bukayo Saka was handed the captain armband after Martin Odegaard was withdrawn in the 78th minute, and the Hale End academy graduate was pleased to be the Arsenal skipper for a few minutes.
He took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon to express how honoured he is to captain the North London club, and some of his teammates, including Declan Rice took to the comment section to react.
Having been at Arsenal since he was seven years, the England international forward is a huge fan of the club through and through, and playing as a skipper in their colours would have been a very proud moment for the youngster.
