Antonio Conte is holding his press conference following the 2-0 win against Everton in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The Italian made three changes to his side with Ben Davies, Ivan Perisic and Matt Doherty coming in for Clement Lenglet, Ryan Sessegnon and the suspended Emerson Royal, with Dejan Kulusevski still out injured following a setback in training on Thursday. The Spurs boss has plenty of fixtures to juggle less than 72 hours after the Champions League win against Eintracht Frankfurt and this coming Wednesday’s trip to Manchester United.
Tottenham were looking to keep their 100% record at home intact as the Toffees came to town with Richarlison starting against his old side for the first time since his £60m summer move to N17.

The first half saw Everton sitting back in a 5-3-2 formation with Spurs trying to break them down, with numerous shots deflected wide of the goal. The Toffees had a couple of good opportunities on the break with Demarai Gray and Amadou Onana firing efforts over Hugo Lloris’ crossbar.
Tottenham took the lead on the hour mark, Harry Kane brought down in the Everton box by Jordan Pickford and he dusted himself off to fire home the resulting penalty.
The game was wrapped up on 86 minutes when Kane put Rodrigo Bentancur away down the right and he curled a pass to Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who stepped inside a curled a deflected shot into the top right corner.
