Arsenal are among three Premier League clubs who are set to “meet” the representatives of Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch “this week”, according to FussballTransfers.com.
The German website claims that the Gunners, Manchester United and Liverpool are expected to hold discussions with members of “Gravenberch’s management” in order to pitch their projects to the player.
Gravenberch has had limited game time since moving to Bayern from Ajax last year. He had hoped that he would get more minutes following the appointment of Thomas Tuchel as manager but that hasn’t proven to be the case so far.
The 20-year-old has made three brief appearances from the bench in the Bundesliga, while he was an unused substitute in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City, as well as the German Cup tie versus Freiburg.
It is believed that Gravenberch could be available for around £25m and, considering his talent, it is not surprising that Arsenal have taken an interest.
