Arsenal star Kai Havertz could return to Chelsea in the future, according to former Blues winger Florent Malouda.
Arsenal made the shock decision to bring the former CHELSEA star to the Emirates in a deal worth £65 million – after the decision was made that he would no longer be part of the future.
He featured in the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace last weekend and has been criticized for running down time, and during the game against Fulham this weekend – many Arsenal fans didn’t even know he was on the pitch.
But Malouda has opened up and made a stunning claim that he could make a sensational return to Stamford Bridge in the future.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED –
Malouda believes it was the right decision for the club to sell him to Arsenal and says they will not regret doing so. But the Frenchman claims that the German will want to go back to Stamford Bridge to prove a point.
Malouda told Betway: “It was necessary and a solution for Chelsea and Arsenal for Havertz to go to the Emirates. He won the Champions League but he seemed to be unhappy with a lot of talk about his position.
“I wish him all the best at Arsenal but I don’t think CHELSEA will have regrets. Maybe he could come back to Chelsea in a few years, but I think there will be no regrets and he did a great job at Chelsea.”
Mikel Arteta and co. must have known what type of player they were getting – he went missing in a lot of games last season too and it may not have been the best decision to sign the German.
Malouda certainly knows his football, but he is not wanted back at Stamford Bridge
