The British top club has not yet made a concrete move to the management of the Eindhoven club, but will be in competition as other British clubs are firmly interested in the Ivorian.
Sangaré has been one of the best PSV players this season and has left an excellent impression in midfield, both with and without the ball. The only time he underperformed was after the Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
News broke this week that PSV would sell Sangaré for 37 million euros. This is due to a surrender clause that was previously agreed in his contract. In the event of a bid below that amount, PSV does not have to let him go.
Leicester City and Newcastle United are two other English clubs that are already interested in Sangaré, but both are still in doubt about the buyout price.
